Bit fitting sessions are a personal one on one experience. Each session starts with a custom survey to go over the health of your horse and your current goals. We collaborate with the owner and or trainer to choose bits that will be comfortable for your horse and help you excel in your discipline.
An assessment of oral anatomy, and current tack is done prior to choosing mouthpiece.
You are then given the opportunity to ride in several different styles of bits while I observe both horse and rider. All of the data is put together based on what the horse tells us and the above findings. The owner can then choose to purchase a bit that day or we will have it shipped to you.
